Haven’t heard the doorbell ring or maybe you were out the house unexpectedly. No worries because the parcel deliverer will leave you a small notice in the mailbox which will read that your package will be delivered the next day in a certain time window, or that it is delivered to your neighbours. This will only be possible if you agree that your package may be delivered to your neighbours in your ‘my preferences’ tab in your account.
… the package has not been delivered by the parcel company
Please call the delivery company for further details. And to schedule a new appointment.
… the package is not complete
Go to your orders in your bambyo account and view ‘details order’ and then click ‘’follow order’. You can view the status of your package. Maybe we divided your order into 2 different shipments. Sometimes we do not have all the products available in one warehouse.
Are all the products listed on your delivery note but some items are missing? Please mail or call us if this is the case.

If you order before 23:59 and the product is in stock, then we will ship your order the next morning. Orders from 55,- in the Netherlands will be sent free of shipping costs.
We will let you know if we are unable to ship the next day, you will get a few choices on the checkout page to confirm which day and time you want your package to be delivered.
That your order has failed can have several causes. How fast the money is on your account depends on the reason of your failed order and your payment method:
iDEAL or afterwards: within 3 working days
Credit card: within 5 business days
Paid accidentally? No worries. We automatically refund a payment if we can not link it to an order. The amount will be back to your account within 2 weeks.
